Washout Resistant Exterior Sealant
Loctite Polyseamseal Rain Guard is a high performance sealant designed for exterior door, window and siding applications. The patented Rain Guard technology allows uncured sealant to resist washout due to early rain exposure. Loctite Polyseamseal Rain Guard is an acrylic based formulation with superior adhesion, flexibility and durability. Cures to a high gloss sheen, is paintable and also mold and mildew resistant.

- Architectural joints, joints subject to heavy abrasion or wear or tuck pointing
- Application on unfinished or unprimed fiber cement (Fiber cement must be primed or have a factory finish before application)
- Outdoor use if freezing conditions are expected within 24 hours of application
- Applications below 40°F (5°C) and above 100°F (38°C)
